- Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

**Return Shipping Costs:**
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
**Processing Your Return:**
